Terms of service

These terms cover your use of CC Radar (Cleaning Company Radar), operated by Nitro Labs. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

CC Radar gives your company a weekly list of business leads in the market and areas you choose, through an online portal. Lead details such as phone numbers are included when available. We do not guarantee that any lead becomes a customer.

Your account

Keep your sign in details private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

• Use the leads to market your own cleaning services.
• Do not resell, publish or share lead lists outside your company.
• Follow the laws that apply to your outreach, including do not call and anti spam rules.
• Do not copy, scrape or try to break the site.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time under Billing; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and is not refunded for partial months. We will give notice before changing prices.

Ending the service

You can cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or do not pay. Past leads stay visible after cancellation.

Disclaimers

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
